The guys were so great! I was that person that put summer tires on and didn’t have tires tightened after 100km and when I stopped in (driving through town) worried my tire was falling off, they tightened them with no hesitation!! Our car went out of control on the 401 and we were able to get to the next exit which was Odessa. How lucky for us that we found O’Neil’s. Chris put everything aside to attend to our car and found a major problem.The part we needed was in short supply but Chris went out of his way calling dealers to find one. We rented a car back to Toronto and Chris and his crew worked overtime to get the job done over the next 2 days. Like most single women, it's terrifying to have work done on a car. I didn't know anything about O'Neils garage other than to drive by (it). I needed a oil change and my Winter tires taken off and Summer ones put on. I stopped by yesterday and was told I could get them done today.
